ONLINE REGISTRATION
All registrations must be completed online with entry fees no later than 9:00 PM (CST-SK) on Monday, December 22, 2025. The registration site can be accessed on the “Events” page of the Skate Saskatchewan website at skatecanadasaskatchewan.com. All age qualifications are as of July 1, 2025.
To use the online competition registration system, please have the following information ready:
- Skater's ten (10) character Skate Canada membership number. If you do not know your membership number, please contact your home club or Skate Canada at [email protected]
- Email address to use for your account.
- Attending coach's name and email address.
- Credit card information for payment processing.
- Music files and Planned Program Content Information.
The account email address and password you create for this competition can be used for subsequent Skate Saskatchewan competition registrations.
Skaters entering multiple events do so with the understanding that there may be conflicts in the schedule that CANNOT be resolved.
LATE ENTRIES
Late entries may be accepted at the discretion of the Technical Representative and if space permits in the competition. Entries received after the deadline will be double the entry fee. Late entries may be accepted up to five (5) business days after the registration deadline. No entries will be accepted after December 31, 2025, at NOON 12:00 PM (CST-SK). No exceptions will be made.

Competitors who competed in the 2025 STARSkate Invitational Competition will receive a 15% discount off their 2026 Winter Classic entry fees.
REFUND POLICY
No refunds will be issued for any reason after the closing date of entries. All refunds prior to the deadline will be subject to a 25% Administration Fee.
MUSIC
All music used must be in the public domain or covered by the Performing Rights Societies. Skaters who have music composed especially for their programs, either wholly or in part, shall be responsible for obtaining a written release from the composer for the use of such music on radio and television, or appropriate clearance from the Performing Rights Society.
IMPORTANT: Music and Planned Program Content must be submitted online at the time of registration. Music files must be in MP3 format clearly labelled with the skater’s name and event. Updates may be made up to 9:00 PM (CST-SK) on February 17, 2026. Music will not be accepted on-site. Skaters are required to have a backup USB Flash drive for each program, clearly labelled with the skater’s name and event, rink side in case there is a problem with the uploaded music.
Solo Pattern Dance: Skate Canada Series 8 music will be used for all pattern dance events. Skaters have the option to use a selection from the ISU Ice Dance music (only tunes one to five) or from the Skate Canada approved list of contemporary music. If skaters choose to use either an ISU or contemporary music selection, they must supply this music during online registration. Only Skate Canada Series 8 music will be used during the warm-up period.
