This seminar is the first step in the officiating pathway for the discipline of Singles and prepares judges to assess singles skaters in the STAR and Podium Pathway streams of competition. Training is a combination of online e-learning and two days of in-person learning for the seminar. Candidates must complete all portions.
Online: Must be completed in advance of in-person sessions. Details provided upon seminar registration.
In-Person: Saturday, October 25 & Sunday, October 26. 8:30am to 4:30pm both days.
Seminar Prerequisites
- STAR 1-4 Event Assessor
- Skating Background - Any two STAR 5 Free Skate, Skills, or Dance Assessment; OR Any one STAR 6 or higher Free Skate, Skills or Dance Assessment.
Registration Fee: $50.00 (lunch provided)
**Saskatchewan candidates currently on the Saskatchewan Officials' list will be entitled to a full refund following the completion of the clinic.
Online registration closes 9:00 PM CST-SK Thursday, September 25th, 2025.
Skate Saskatchewan Skating Programs Committee reserves the right to cancel seminar if the registrations are below the required minimum.
Cancellations occurring after the online registration deadline date will not receive refund, unless a medical certificate is provided within two weeks of the course date (25% Administration fee would be applied).
Cancellation prior to the online registration deadline date will receive a full refund less 25% Administration fee.
