SASKATCHEWAN WINTER GAMES DISTRICT RUN-OFFS:
Competitors must enter the corresponding category at STARSkate Invitational to qualify. Competitors would declare their intention to be a part of the Winter Games selection process by the STARSkate Invitational entry deadline date.
Pre-Juvenile and Juvenile Competitors competing in the 2026 Skate Saskatchewan Sectionals are eligible to compete in the 2026 Saskatchewan Winter Games in the STAR categories corresponding to their highest passed assessment level. Competitors must register to compete in the corresponding STAR category in the STARSkate Invitational to qualify for the games.
Pre-Novice and higher competitors registered in the 2026 Skate Saskatchewan Sectionals are ineligible to compete at the 2026 Saskatchewan Winter Games in the same discipline as Sectionals.

District Team Coach
- Coach the District team at the Saskatchewan Games.
- Travel with the team to the host community on the transportation provided by the Saskatchewan Games Council.
- All coaches must stay in the Athletes’ Village to ensure the safety and wellbeing of their teams. Coaches may be assigned to rooms with other coaches from other sports or other Districts.
- Participate in the opening and/or closing ceremonies and other planned events with their team.
- Coaches, with the support of the Team Manager, will supervise their athletes during their stay in the host community.
District Team Manager
- Travel with the team to the host community on the transportation provided by the Saskatchewan Games Council.
- Must stay in the Athletes’ Village to ensure the safety and wellbeing of their teams. Coaches may be assigned to rooms with other coaches from other sports or other Districts.
- Participate in the opening and/or closing ceremonies and other planned events with their team.
- Team Managers, with the support of the Team Coached, will supervise their athletes during their stay in the host community.
