Open to skaters at the CanSkate level (badge 3 and above) up to STAR 3. The age limit is under 13 as of January 1, 2019. All Skate Canada members are invited to attend. The seminar will have on-ice and off-ice sessions. Basic jump, spin, edge techniques and a synchronized skating session offered. Off-ice activities will include a jump class and a dance class. At the end of each Rising STAR Seminar there will be a Junior Development Team and Development Team information and monitoring session. There will be a coach’s session during lunch.
