Region 7, 8 & 9 Invitational Competition (Saskatoon)

CLOSING DATE OF ENTRIES

All entries must be received no later than January 5, 2024 at 11:59 pm. It is the responsibility of the competitor to ensure that their entry is submitted to the Host Committee Registration person by the closing date, at their own expense. ALL TEST QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE PASSED BY THE CLOSING DATE OF THIS COMPETITION.

ENTRY FEES

• $40.00 for each entry
• $40.00 for the Team event
• Synchro fee is $50.00 per team

Credit card through Uplifter.  No cheques or cash or eTransfer can be accepted

LATE ENTRIES MAY BE ACCEPTED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TECHNICAL REPRESENTATIVE AND THE HOST COMMITTEE. IF ACCEPTED, ENTRY WILL BE SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $25.00.

REGISTRATION INDIVIDUAL EVENTS:

• For individual event registrations click on ‘login’.
• If you do not have a pre-existing member account, a member account is required to be created under someone the age of majority.
• The skater needs to be added as a ‘Participant’.
• All the required information boxes on the participant profile need to be completed.
• To register, login to your member account.
• Click on ‘Registration’.
• On the left side of the registration page select the season of River Skate 2024.
• The listing of the individual events will appear.
• Each individual event is a separate registration.
• Online policies will be required to be accepted in order to complete the registration.
• These policies will include a 2023-2024 Assumption of Risk and Waiver for the skater if this hasn’t already been accepted through Skate Saskatoon.
• Payment must be completed online.

REGISTRATION TEAM ELEMENTS OR SYNCHRO:

• For team event purchases click on ‘login’.
• f the team representative does not have a pre-existing member account, a member account is required to be created under someone the age of majority.
• To complete a team ticket purchase, login to your member account.
• Click on ‘Registration’.
• On the left side of the registration page select the blue box ‘Assessment, 15 Minute Lesson Ice Tickets, River Skate 2024 Team Events or Lockers’.
• The Team Elements and Synchro Team tickets will present under the list of products when the above selection is made.
• Online policies will be required to be accepted to complete the purchase.
• Subsequent to purchase, the registration form will be downloaded to the member account for completion.
• At the time of competition registration, ahead of the event, the waiver will be required to be signed by all participating parties, in order to proceed.
• Payment must be completed online.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CITY OF SASKATOON IS HOSTING A GYMNASTICS COMPETITION, A VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT AND A FEW HOCKEY TOURNAMENTS FEBRUARY 10-11, 2024. THEREFORE, IT WOULD BE WISE TO BOOK YOUR HOTEL ROOM IMMEDIATELY TO ENSURE YOU WILL HAVE ACCOMODATIONS DURING RIVER SKATE.

Therefore, we had to sign an agreement promising that all our competitors/families who choose to stay here will act with respect to all other guests and staff in ALL areas of the hotel. They have a mandatory zero tolerance quiet time from 11:00pm until 7:00am. Any guests not following this policy can and will be evicted.
