ENTRIES
All registrations must be completed using the online forms listed on that page or the links below:

**Music WILL BE REQUIRED at the time of competition registration.**


Entrants in events shall be:

  • Eligible persons as defined in the Skate Canada Rule Book.
  • Be Associate members in good standing of the Association.

Skaters entering multiple events do so with the understanding that there may be conflicts that CANNOT be resolved.

Skaters may only register ONCE per category (i.e. cannot enter STAR 2 and STAR 3 Elements).

Registration forms must be completed in FULL and CORRECTLY or they will not be processed. Please ensure that forms are reviewed for accuracy by the Coach BEFORE submitting them to the Host Committee.

The number of events entered per competitor may be limited at the discretion of the Technical Representative and the Host Committee and is listed on the registration form.

CLOSING DATE OF ENTRIES
All entries must be received no later than January 5, 2026. It is the responsibility of the competitor to ensure that their entry is submitted to the Registration Chair of the competition by the closing date, at their own expense. All test assessments must be passed by the closing date of this competition.

ENTRY FEES

  • First Event: $80.00
  • Each Additional Event: $35.00
  • Per Team Event: $40.00
  • Per Synchro Team Event: $60.00

Late entries may be accepted at the discretion of the Technical Representative and the Local Organizing Committee. If accepted, late entries will be subject to an additional fee of $25.00.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued for medical reasons only. Official notification must be given to the Local Organizing Committee in writing before the competitor’s event is scheduled to occur. A medical certificate must be presented to the Local Organizing Committee for the refund. Medical certificates must be presented within 48 hours of the conclusion of the competition. A $50.00 administration fee will be applied to all refunds. No refunds will be issued once a competitor has registered at the competition.
