CLOSING DATE OF ENTRIES
All entries must be received no later than December 16, 2024. It is the responsibility of the competitor to ensure that their entry is submitted to the Host Committee Registration person by the closing date, at their own expense. ALL TEST ASSESSMENTS MUST BE PASSED BY THE CLOSING DATE OF THIS COMPETITION.

ENTRY FEES
$60 – 1st event entered
$35 – each additional event entered
$50 – team event
$50 – synchro event – plus $5.00 per skater

THERE WILL BE A $50.00 CHARGE FOR ANY NSF CHEQUES RECEIVED.

LATE ENTRIES MAY BE ACCEPTED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TECHNICAL REPRESENTATIVE AND THE HOST COMMITTEE. IF ACCEPTED, ENTRY WILL BE SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $25.00.

Refunds will be issued for medical reasons only! Official notification must be given to registration in writing before the competitor’s event is scheduled to occur. A medical certificate must be presented to the Host Committee for the refund. Medical certificates must be presented within 48 hours of the close of the event. A $25.00 administration fee will be applied to all refunds. No refunds will be issued once a competitor has registered at the event.
