Ashlyn Schmitz (Shellbrook SC) and Tristan Taylor (Skate Regina) selected to Skate Canada’s NextGen Team

After a successful 2019/20 season in Novice Pairs where they became silver medallists at North American Cup, gold medallists at Skate Canada Challenge and silver medallists at the Canadian Tire National Skating Championships, Ashlyn Schmitz of the Shellbrook SC and Tristan Taylor of Skate Regina were selected to Skate Canada national’s NextGen Team. Their place on this team signifies that they have been identified as part of the next wave of our country’s aspiring international, world and olympic competitors. Congratulations
